Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Roast beef thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 pieces Bread rolls split
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Horseradish sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix mayonnaise and horseradish sauce in a small bowl.
  3. Spread the mixture on the bottom half of each bread roll.
  4. Layer roast beef, cheddar cheese, and arugula on the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls on the sandwiches.
  6. Wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from oven, unwrap, and serve immediately.
