Instructions

  2. Rub the pheasants with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the pheasants in a roasting pan. Add minced garlic and rosemary.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, basting occasionally.
  5. Let the pheasants rest for 10 minutes before carving.
