- 2 whole Pheasants
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 sprig Rosemary
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Rub the pheasants with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Place the pheasants in a roasting pan. Add minced garlic and rosemary.
Roast in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, basting occasionally.
Let the pheasants rest for 10 minutes before carving.
