- 1 lb baby potatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary.
Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Stir halfway through cooking.
