- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar optional
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Trim and halve Brussels sprouts.
Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Roast for 25 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar if using.
