Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Delicious and creamy mashed potatoes with a hint of roasted garlic.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
- 1 head garlic
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes.
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain potatoes and return to pot.
Squeeze roasted garlic into the pot, add milk and butter.
Mash until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
