Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 head garlic
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the top off the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes.
  3. Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
  4. Drain potatoes and return to pot.
  5. Squeeze roasted garlic into the pot, add milk and butter.
  6. Mash until smooth, season with salt and pepper.
