Ingredients

  • 12 oz Rotini pasta
  • 2 cups Marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the rotini pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the pasta mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
