Russian Salad Recipe
A classic Russian salad with a mix of vegetables, eggs, and mayonnaise.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pcs Potatoes boiled and diced
- 2 pcs Carrots boiled and diced
- 1 cup Green Peas boiled
- 3 pcs Eggs hard-boiled and diced
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
1. Boil potatoes, carrots, and green peas until tender. Let them cool and dice the potatoes and carrots.
2. Hard-boil the eggs, let them cool, and dice them.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, green peas, and eggs.
4. Add mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
