Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Spinach washed and chopped
  • 200 g Paneer cubed
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • to taste Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and blend into a smooth paste.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a large pan. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  3. 3. Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  4. 4. Add turmeric, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook for another minute.
  5. 5. Add the spinach paste and salt. Cook for 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Add the paneer cubes and simmer for another 5 minutes. Serve hot.
