Main Ingredients
- 200 g Salmon fillet skinless, boneless
- 200 g Shrimp peeled, deveined
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper ground
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the salmon, shrimp, breadcrumbs, beaten egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
2. Form the mixture into small patties.
3. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
