  • 2 Avocados, diced
  • 1 Tomato, diced
  • ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, minced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  4. 4. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
