Ingredients

  • 2 fillets Salmon
  • 1 cup Asparagus trimmed
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut parchment paper into large heart shapes and place salmon fillets in the center.
  3. Arrange asparagus and cherry tomatoes around the salmon.
  4. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salmon and vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Fold the parchment paper over the salmon and vegetables, crimping the edges to seal.
  6. Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Carefully open the packets and serve immediately.
