  • ¼ cup Bourbon
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic minced

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together brown sugar, bourbon, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the glaze over the salmon fillets.
