Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Salmon fillets skinless
- 4 pieces Tortillas large
- 1 cup Mixed greens
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
- 0.5 cup Cucumber sliced
- 0.25 cup Red onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
3. Cook the salmon in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
4. Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
5. Flake the cooked salmon into bite-sized pieces.
6. Assemble the wraps by placing mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and salmon on each tortilla.
7. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
