  • 500 g Pork Tenderloin sliced thin
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 4 pieces Tortillas large
  • 1 cup Lettuce shredded
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • ½ cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced pork tenderloin to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. 3. Season the pork with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
  5. 5. Assemble the wraps by placing a portion of the cooked pork onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. 6. Roll up the tortillas and serve immediately.
