Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Sausage crumbled
  • 2 Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 cup Onion chopped
  • 3 cups Bread Cubes dried
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon Sage dried
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add apples and onion. Cook until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sausage, apple mixture, bread cubes, chicken broth, butter, sage, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until top is golden brown.
