Sausage Apple Stuffing Recipe

- 1 lb Sausage crumbled
- 2 Apples peeled, cored, and chopped
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 3 cups Bread Cubes dried
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 2 tablespoon Butter melted
- 1 teaspoon Sage dried
- 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add apples and onion. Cook until softened.
In a large bowl, combine sausage, apple mixture, bread cubes, chicken broth, butter, sage, and thyme. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes, until top is golden brown.
