Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 400 g sausage meat
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, then cool in ice water and peel.
  2. 2. Divide the sausage meat into 4 portions and flatten each portion.
  3. 3. Wrap each egg in sausage meat, making sure it's fully covered.
  4. 4. Roll each sausage-covered egg in flour, then dip in beaten egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. 5. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C). Fry the eggs until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
