Main Ingredients
- 200 g Self-raising flour
- 50 g Caster sugar
- 1 Egg beaten
- 200 ml Milk
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tablespoon Butter melted
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the egg and then add the milk and melted butter.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Spoon tablespoons of batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
