Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp, crab meat, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the seafood mixture and cook until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
Fill each tortilla with the seafood mixture and roll them up. Place them seam-side down in a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix sour cream and salsa. Pour this mixture over the enchiladas.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve hot and enjoy!
