Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ cup Dry Sherry
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 lb Mixed Seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened.
  4. 4. Stir in the heavy cream and sherry, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the mixed seafood, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. 6. Serve hot over toast or rice.
