Instructions
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
3. Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until thickened.
4. Stir in the heavy cream and sherry, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the mixed seafood, salt, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Cook until the seafood is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Serve hot over toast or rice.
