Seafood Paella Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chopped Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
- 1.5 cups Paella Rice
- 3 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 pinch Saffron Threads
- 1 lb Mixed Seafood (shrimp, mussels, calamari)
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley
Heat olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
Add paella rice and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour in chicken broth and add saffron threads. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add mixed seafood, peas, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
