Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Diced Tomatoes
  • 1.5 cups Paella Rice
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 pinch Saffron Threads
  • 1 lb Mixed Seafood (shrimp, mussels, calamari)
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Parsley

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a paella pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add paella rice and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and add saffron threads. Bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  7. Add mixed seafood, peas, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
