Seafood Pasta Salad Recipe
A refreshing and easy-to-make seafood pasta salad perfect for summer gatherings.

Main Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta any kind
- 1 cup cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cooked crab meat
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- ½ cup diced red bell pepper
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
In a large bowl, combine pasta, shrimp, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
