Sesame-Ginger Chickpea Patties

Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Green Onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
In a mixing bowl, mash the chickpeas until mostly smooth.
Add breadcrumbs, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onions, and sesame seeds. Mix well.
Form the mixture into patties.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
