  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions 

  1. 1. Toast sesame seeds in a dry pan over medium heat until golden brown.
  2. 2. In a saucepan, combine sugar and honey. Cook over medium heat until sugar dissolves and mixture is bubbling.
  3. 3. Stir in toasted sesame seeds and mix well.
  4. 4. Pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread evenly.
  5. 5. Let cool completely, then break into pieces.
