Ingredients 

Salad Ingredients

  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup Frozen peas thawed
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • ½ cup Red onion chopped
  • ½ cup Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce evenly at the bottom.
  2. 2. Add a layer of thawed peas on top of the lettuce.
  3. 3. Spread the mayonnaise evenly over the peas.
  4. 4. Add a layer of sour cream over the mayonnaise.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the sour cream.
  6. 6. Add a layer of chopped red onion.
  7. 7. Top with crumbled bacon and halved cherry tomatoes.
  8. 8. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
