- 4 links Sausage any kind
- 2 cups Broccoli cut into florets
- 2 cups Bell Peppers sliced
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Chop the vegetables and sausage.
Spread the sausage and vegetables on a sheet pan.
Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Serve hot.
