  • 4 links Sausage any kind
  • 2 cups Broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 cups Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Chop the vegetables and sausage.
  3. Spread the sausage and vegetables on a sheet pan.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Serve hot.
