Shepherd's Pie
A hearty and comforting dish made with minced meat and mashed potatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Minced Lamb
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 cup Frozen Peas and Carrots
- 4 cups Mashed Potatoes
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a skillet, cook minced lamb until browned. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
Stir in tomato paste and beef broth. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Add frozen peas and carrots. Season with salt and pepper.
Transfer meat mixture to a baking dish. Spread mashed potatoes on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.
