Shrimp Linguine Alfredo Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
- to taste salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove shrimp and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
5. Add butter and stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Return shrimp to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
7. Add cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to combine.
8. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
