Main Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beer
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Pour in the beer, paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
