  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the beer, paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir well.
  5. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
