Shrimp Scampi Linguine Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish with garlic, lemon, and shrimp over linguine.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz linguine
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup white wine
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- to taste salt and pepper
1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and red pepper flakes, cook until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the skillet, cook until pink and opaque.
4. Pour in white wine and lemon juice, simmer for a few minutes.
5. Toss in the cooked linguine and parsley, mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve hot, garnished with extra parsley if desired.
