Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 8 pcs Small tortillas
  • 1 cup Shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 pc Lime, cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, and garlic powder.
  2. 2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  3. 3. Warm the tortillas in a separate skillet or microwave.
  4. 4. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on each tortilla, then topping with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and a dollop of sour cream.
  5. 5. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
