Shrimp with Broccoli in Garlic Sauce

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. Heat the wok over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.
2. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
4. Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender-crisp.
5. Return the shrimp to the wok. Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
6. Serve hot over steamed rice.
