cleaned and cut into serving pieces

Miso paste

leaves and tender stems

Instructions
1. In a pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Add the onions and tomatoes. Cook until softened.
3. Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
4. Add the fish and cook for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the radish and eggplant. Cook until tender.
6. Add the sinigang mix and stir well.
7. Add the kangkong and cook for another 2 minutes.
8. Season with salt to taste. Serve hot.
