1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add marinara sauce to the skillet and stir to combine with the beef.
3. Break lasagna noodles into pieces and add them to the skillet. Stir to coat the noodles with the sauce.
4. Cover the skillet and simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.
5. In a small bowl, combine ricotta cheese, salt, and pepper. Drop spoonfuls of the ricotta mixture over the lasagna in the skillet.
6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top. Cover and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
