- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 4 hamburger buns
1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and mustard. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Serve the mixture on hamburger buns.
