Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
Hearty and comforting beef stew made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 carrots sliced
- 3 potatoes diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in slow cooker. 
- Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves. 
- Season with salt and pepper. 
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours. 
- Remove bay leaves before serving.
