Slow Cooker Beef Stew Recipe
Hearty and comforting beef stew made easy in the slow cooker.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 carrots sliced
- 3 potatoes diced
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place beef, carrots, potatoes, onion, and garlic in slow cooker.
Stir in beef broth, tomato paste, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaves.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Remove bay leaves before serving.
