Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 8 cups Chicken broth
  • 3 medium Carrots sliced
  • 2 stalks Celery sliced
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 8 oz Egg noodles

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place chicken, broth, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. 3. Remove chicken and shred with two forks. Return to the slow cooker.
  4. 4. Add egg noodles and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
