Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 packet Onion soup mix
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 8 oz Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 package Egg noodles cooked

Instructions 

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, onion soup mix, chicken broth, and mushrooms.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine.
  5. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
