Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ham, diced
- 1 cup Dried white beans rinsed and sorted
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cups Water
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 Bay leaves
1. Add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
2. Stir to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until beans are tender.
4. Remove bay leaves before serving.
