Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn, drained
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning
  • 1 can Tomato sauce
  • 2 cups Beef broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Transfer the cooked beef and onion to the slow cooker.
  3. 3. Add the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, tomato sauce, and beef broth to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
  4. 4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
