Main Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Boil potatoes until tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain and place on a baking sheet.
Smash each potato with a fork.
Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes or until crispy.
