- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil.
Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
Place the chicken breasts in the smoker.
Smoke for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Remove from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
