Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil.
  3. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  4. Coat the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the smoker.
  6. Smoke for about 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
