  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Rub the pork chops with olive oil.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  4. Place the pork chops in the smoker.
  5. Smoke for about 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  6. Remove from the smoker and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
