- 4 slices Bread whole grain or your choice
- 100 g Smoked Salmon
- 2 tablespoon Cream Cheese
- 1 Cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 handful Arugula
- 1 teaspoon Capers
1. Spread cream cheese on each slice of bread.
2. Layer smoked salmon, cucumber slices, arugula, and capers on two slices of bread.
3. Top with the remaining slices of bread.
4. Cut sandwiches in half and serve.
