Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour for dredging
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 large Onion sliced
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
Dredge pork chops in flour, shaking off excess.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
Add onions to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Stir in remaining flour and cook for 1 minute.
Gradually whisk in chicken broth and milk, cooking until the gravy thickens.
Return pork chops to the skillet, spooning some gravy over the top. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until pork chops are tender.
