Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 8 pieces Flour tortillas

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sour cream, half of the shredded cheese, cream of chicken soup, and salsa.
  3. Fill each tortilla with the mixture and roll up. Place in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the enchiladas.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
