- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Buttermilk
1. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and lemon juice.
2. Add buttermilk and whisk until well combined.
3. Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let it sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
4. After 24 hours, stir the mixture and refrigerate for another 24 hours before using.
