Ingredients

  • 500 g bread flour
  • 350 g water
  • 100 g sourdough starter
  • 10 g salt

Instructions 

  1. Mix flour and water, let it rest for 1 hour.
  2. Add sourdough starter and salt, mix well.
  3. Let the dough rise for 4 hours, folding every 30 minutes.
  4. Shape the dough and let it rise for another 4 hours.
  5. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  6. Score the dough and bake for 45 minutes.
