  • 0.5 cup Water room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough starter, flour, salt, water, and olive oil.
  2. 2. Mix until a rough dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. 3. Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 4-6 hours or until doubled in size.
  4. 4. Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C).
  5. 5. Punch down the dough and divide it into two equal parts. Roll each part into a pizza crust.
