Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup dill pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 units hard-boiled eggs chopped
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, fresh dill, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes, chopped eggs, celery, and red onion to the bowl. Gently mix until well combined.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
