Southern Fried Cabbage
A simple, delicious Southern dish made with cabbage, bacon, and a few spices.

Main Ingredients
- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 6 slices Bacon chopped
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon and set aside, leaving the grease in the skillet.
2. Add the chopped onion to the skillet and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the chopped cabbage to the skillet, stirring to coat with the bacon grease. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 10 minutes.
5. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir in the cooked bacon pieces. Serve hot.
